Frequently asked questions

Short answers, no detours.

If you cannot find what you are looking for, write to me or call me. I answer personally.

General

What is TeAjut.ch?

TeAjut.ch is a personal assistance service in Switzerland, run directly by me, Elena Widmer. I help with guidance for studies, settling in, business projects and tailored requests in French-speaking Switzerland.

Where do you work?

I, Elena Widmer, work through TeAjut.ch in French-speaking Switzerland, especially the cantons of Vaud and Geneva. If your project is somewhere else, tell me during the first call and we will see whether I can help.

Which languages can we communicate in?

At TeAjut.ch we can communicate in Romanian, English, French, Italian and Russian. The website is available in Romanian and English, but our calls and messages can be in any of the five languages.

Is the first call free?

Yes. At TeAjut.ch the first introductory call of 15–20 minutes is free and carries no obligation. It helps us understand what you need and whether I can help.

How much do your services cost?

TeAjut.ch does not publish prices because every request is different. After the first call you receive a personalised written proposal that explains what I do, how, and what it costs. You pay nothing before you accept the offer.

How do I get started?

To get started with TeAjut.ch, send me the form on the contact page, call me or write to me on WhatsApp. I read what you tell me, come back with any questions I need answered, and we arrange the free call together.

What can’t you promise?

At TeAjut.ch I do not promise outcomes I do not control, such as admission to a university, or finding housing at a given price or by a given date. I tell you openly what is realistic and what is not.

Students and parents

How can you help students?

I help students with university guidance, organising applications and documents, researching and preparing housing, CV and interview preparation, furniture and equipment, and practical support during their studies, as agreed.

Can I get in touch as a parent?

Yes, you can contact TeAjut.ch as a parent. Parents are welcome to write to me before their son or daughter leaves. We talk about what would be useful, and you send the request yourself as parent or guardian, especially if it concerns a minor.

Can you guarantee admission to a university?

No. TeAjut.ch cannot guarantee admission to a university, because the admission decision always belongs to the institution. I help you choose well, prepare the application and keep to deadlines.

Will you find housing for a student?

For a student I research listings, organise informative viewings and prepare the move. The housing market in Geneva and Vaud is in very high demand, so I cannot guarantee a place at a given price or by a given date.

Will you help me find a job or an internship?

At TeAjut.ch I help with your CV, motivation letter and interview preparation for a job or an internship. I do not act as an employment intermediary and cannot promise a job.

How long does the support last?

TeAjut.ch support lasts as long as we agree. Assistance can continue throughout your studies or stay, after a clear agreement on services, costs and availability. I do not offer permanent supervision and I am not an emergency service.

Businesses

What kind of projects do you support for businesses?

TeAjut.ch supports businesses with market and sector research, identifying and prioritising potential B2B clients or partners, planning commercial activities and meetings, preparing a product launch and taking part in trade fairs or exhibitions.

What does a company receive at the end?

A company working with TeAjut.ch receives concrete results agreed in the offer: for example a research report, a prioritised list of contacts, a meeting plan or preparation for an event. The company knows from the start what it will receive.

Can you represent the company in negotiations?

At TeAjut.ch my role is research, preparation and coordination. Decisions and negotiations stay with the company. What I can do concretely for your project is agreed in the offer.

Will company information stay confidential?

Yes, at TeAjut.ch I treat company information confidentially. If the project requires it, we discuss a confidentiality agreement before going into detail.

Tailored projects

What is a tailored project?

A tailored project is a request that does not fit a standard category: finding a doctor or provider, searching for a product, preparing an event or a launch, documenting exhibitions or researching a creative project. I analyse the situation, explain your options and propose the assistance I can offer.

Can you help me find a doctor?

Yes, I help you find a doctor with information, comparison and support with appointments. I do not give medical advice and I do not choose treatments on your behalf.

What don’t you do?

TeAjut.ch does not offer professional transport, employment or casting intermediation, booking, or other services that require special authorisations. Every request is assessed individually, based on feasibility and the applicable framework.

Data and confidentiality

What data do I leave in the form?

In the TeAjut.ch form, your name, email, the type of assistance you are looking for, your message and your preferred language are required. All other fields are optional. I use the data only to reply to you and prepare an offer.

Can I include sensitive data in my message?

Please do not include sensitive data such as medical information, ID numbers or bank details. If they are needed, we discuss them directly rather than through the form.

Can I ask for my data to be deleted?

Yes. You can ask TeAjut.ch at any time for access to your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to elena@teajut.ch. Full details, including how long I keep requests, are in the privacy policy.

Does the website use tracking cookies?

No. The TeAjut.ch website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party resources, so you will not see a cookie banner.
